Our Story

Tucked away in the serene neighbourhood and set amidst the lush greenery of Changi Village, Saltwater welcomes all, from the business traveller to families and holiday-makers. Guests can tuck in to a Sumptuous Buffet with Asian and Local Singaporean Food Galore in the spacious indoor area, or dine alfresco, overlooking Changi Golf Club.

Our live barbeque station available on Friday to Sunday (dinner only) includes a wide selection of all-you-can-eat meat and seafood grilled a la minute by our chefs!

In line with Saltwater’s aim to extend its reach to the Muslim community, it has been certified Halal by The Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS).

Our Cuisine

Taking the center stage of Saltwater is none other than the live barbeque station*, our Grill Master standing by and preparing gourmet meats and fresh seafood a la minute. Featuring a wide selection of all-you-can-eat Meat Skewers, Chargrilled Chicken, Beef Ribs, King Prawns, Scallops, seafood, and many more – this spread is bound to captivate the hearts of all carnivores! Indulge in a premium selection of meat cuts of Tomahawk Steaks, Wagyu, and Whole Lamb Leg on rotation from day to day.

Also on the spread are our award-winning Nonya Laksa, Oxtail stew, Cereal Prawns, Mutton Briyani, Wokfried Mee Siam, DIY Rojak, and signature Durian Desserts.
